The staff were notably friendly and accommodating.

Be prepared for a significant number of stairs to the hotel. Our room was located on the first floor but it still felt burdensome. Additionally, the room's soundproofing was inadequate, as we could hear every noise from adjacent rooms, which was quite disturbing.

The room was super clean and had really cool decor! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. We loved sitting outside watching swifts fly over the rooftops.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered assistance with luggage, even providing a golf buggy for the trek from the parking area. However, accessing the hotel involved a challenging climb up a steep hill and numerous stairs, which may not suit everyone. Furthermore, the location was a bit tricky to find upon arrival, necessitating careful navigation.
